David Viehman David Viehman

David Viehman

David was born and raised in a big family from Orlando, FL. Before making Wyoming his home, he lived in the great Smokey Mountains of North Carolina and Flagstaff, Arizona. In 1992, he moved to Jackson Hole with his wife Donna, and daughter Devon.

David is an avid outdoorsman and is passionate about fly-fishing. He is knowledgeable about most of the rivers in the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem, and enjoys spending time camping with his family there.

Twenty-five years experience and a strong background in sales and marketing has put David in the top 1% of the brokers in Jackson Hole. He is one of five owners of Jackson Hole Real Estate and Appraisal and is also the editor of the "Hole Report", a semi-annual newsletter, which watches market trends and provides predictions. You can read about it at www.jacksonholereport.com.

Devon Viehman Wheeldon Devon Viehman-Wheeldon

Devon Viehman Wheeldon

Devon was raised in Jackson Hole and after graduating from Montana State University, decided to join her father, David, in the real estate business. When she is not working, you will find her on the rodeo trail. She is active in the sport of barrel racing and enjoys team roping with her husband. Devon married Coby in the summer of 2006 and they live on the family ranch together. They have an infant son named Brody who someday will continue in the family tradition of ranching and real estate.

Devon enjoys matching up buyers and sellers to find the perfect match for both their needs. The end result of a 100% satisfied buyer and seller is what she expects in every transaction.

Coby Wheeldon Coby Wheeldon

Coby Wheeldon

Coby is a 5th generation native of Jackson Hole and still lives on the ranch that his family homesteaded in 1927. He grew up rodeoing; qualifying for the National High School Rodeo Finals, qualifying for the PRCA Wilderness Circuit Finals, and competing in the Professional Bull Riding Association. While he has retired from bull riding, he is now a competitive team roper.

In the fall you will find Coby helping with the family outfitting business. They hunt right from the ranch for deer, elk, moose, bear and other trophy game.

Coby has combined his love for ranching with his real estate career, making a very successful mix. He enjoys helping ranchers through the process of selling their ranch, as he understands how emotional it can be to sell land that has been in their family for a long time.

Sylvia DiPrisco Sylvia DiPrisco

Sylvia DiPrisco

Sylvia grew up on the east coast but moved to Jackson in 1974 after graduating from The University of North Carolina and never left. She and her husband owned and ran a successful restaurant for 20 years before coming to work with David Viehman at Jackson Hole Real Estate & Appraisal. After her family, her second love is horses and she competes in eventing all around the intermountain west and loves to trail ride and spend as much time as possible outdoors. As many of the competition sites have disappeared in recent years, she has come to appreciate the value of preserving open spaces and the importance of matching the right people to the right properties.

Donna Viehman

Donna's family is from central Indiana and northern Kentucky. In her free time, she enjoys camping, genealogy, gardening, and spending time with family and friends. She likes working behind the scenes on the organizational aspects of real estate and is the search coordinator for the Ranch Broker Network.
