About the Network:
The Ranch Broker Network (RBN) was created to assist Buyers in their search for the perfect farm or ranch and Sellers in finding a Broker to sell their property. We understand that both can often be a difficult process. The idea behind RBN hatched from a local client’s experience. They had just sold their $10 million property in Jackson Hole, Wyoming and needed to re-invest through a 1031 tax exchange. When they came to us for help, they had already spent months searching on the web and through other conventional methods with little or no success. Becoming very frustrated, they called and asked for our help. Well, five months and hundreds of hours later, our research led them to the perfect ranch in Colorado. It was during this process we realized the need for a less complex and time-consuming method. Now we have a database of over 8,000 Ranch Brokers; we can contact one or a hundred in minutes through email broadcasting, and shorten your search or selling time significantly.
The Ranch Broker Network offers a unique approach to finding rural and recreational ranches or large tracts of land for the "Discreet and Discerning Buyer."
